Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Hong Minh as Chairman of the BODs cum a member of the BODs.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hoa Nam as a member of the BODs cum Director.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Ngai as a member of the BODs.

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Ha hai Yen as Head of the BOS cum a member of the BOS.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Huynh Minh as a member of the BOS.

-          Mr. Doan Nam Khanh was appointed as a Chairman of the BODs cum a member of the BODs.

-          Mr. Tran Van Khoi was appointed as a member of the BODs cum Director.

-          Mr. Nguyen Huu Vy was appointed as a member of the BODs.

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang was appointed as Head of the BOS cum a member of the BOS.
