DHC: DHC allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2018

On April 26, 2018, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ben Tre province issued a document allowing DongHai Joint Stock Company of Bentre to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2018 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year, before June 30, 2018.
