DDM: Postpone the annual general meeting of shareholders

On 24/04/2018, Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company announced regarding postponing the annual general meeting of shareholders as follows:
As announced before, the time of the 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders is expected to start from 8am on 26/04/2018 at the Company's head office.
However, because the document preparation and procedures have been not completed, the Company would like to inform regarding postponing the 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders and will inform regarding re-organizing the annual general meeting of shareholders after finishing preparing documents and procedures of the meeting.
