CTS: Board approves the transaction with a related company

On May 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (CTS) approved the signing of agreement regarding the provision of issuance advisory service, issuance agent, registration agent and payment agent for the public offering of bonds in May 2018 with Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank).
