On April 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company approved to contents as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Ha Quang Hoa as Chairman of the BODs.

2)    The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2017 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: May 10, 2018

-          Payment date: May 25, 2018

-          Dividend pay-out ratio:  20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)
