BHP: Notice of extension of holding annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018

On 24 Apr 2018, Hanoi - Haiphong Beer Joint Stock Company announced the extension of holding annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 as follows:
Based on clause 2, Article 136 in Enterprise Law No. 68/2014/QH13 dated 26 Nov 2014, Hanoi - Haiphong Beer Joint Stock Company is allowed to extend its time of holding annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 but not over 06 months from the end date of fiscal year
