ASD: Decision on setting up the representative office in Nam Dinh city

On 23 April 2018, Songda - Hanoi Joint Stock Company announced the decision on establishment of its representative office in Nam Dinh city as follows:
Article 1: Set up Nam Dinh representative office placed in Nam Dinh city, Nam Dinh province as follows:

• Organizational structure includes:

• 01 Head of the representative office;
• 02 Deputy Heads of the representative office (in the 1^st period, the representative office needs 01 Deputy Head);
• 04 – 06 staff and technicians (will supplement personnel as work’s requirement);
• Other employees will be supplemented in accordance with work’s requirement;

• Time: From April 23^rd, 2018;

2. Main duties:

• Represent the Company to work with relevant competent authorities; owners; project management boards and consultancy companies in order to solve issues related to production and business activities of the Company, units and divisions directly under the Company in Nam Dinh province;
• Manage progress, quality, quantity and labor safety at building works and projects of the Company in Nam Dinh province;
• Connect and solve problems among affiliated units and divisions in the company in the process of performing tasks in Nam Dinh;
• Advertise images and introduce the Company’s products in the market;
• Be allowed to sign contracts under the Company’s authorization and stamp the Company’s seal;
• Other tasks and duties stated in the Operation Registration Certificate;
