On April 19, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.141/QD-SGDHCM to allow Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: TNI) to change the listing as follows:

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND315,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 52,500,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND525,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: April 23, 2018

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the public.
