-          Ms. Tran Thi Minh Trang was appointed as CEO as from April 16, 2018.

-          Ms. Pham Thi Dang Mo was appointed as Chief Accountant as from June 01, 2018.

-          Mr. Doan Hai Nam was appointed as Deputy CEO in charge of business as from April 16, 2018.

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Ha Hanh Hoa as Chief Accountant as from June 01, 2018
