SESAN 4A Hydroelectric Joint Stock Company has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 10, 2018 approved the third dividend payment for 2017 and the first dividend payment for 2018 as follows:

-          Record date: May 02, 2018

-          Payment ratio: 11%/share (VND1,100 for a share)

Of which:

• The third dividend payment for 2017: 6.0%/share (VND600 for a share)
• The first dividend payment for 2018: 5.0%/share (VND500 for a share)

-          Payment date: May 15, 2018

-          Payment method: in cash.
