NAF: NAF allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2018

On April 05, 2018, the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province issued a document allowing Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2018 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
