LDG: LDG contributes additional capital to Giang Dien Tourist JSC

On April 16, 2018, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved to contribute VND87,301,870,000 to raise charter capital of Giang Dien Tourist Joint Stock Company. After the capital contribution completed, the charter capital of Giang Dien Tourist Joint Stock Company is VND482,523,350,000 (in which LDG contributed VND423,078,300,000, equivalent to 87.68%).
