On April 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang as CEO as from April 19, 2018.

2)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Hoang Van Long as CEO as from April 19, 2018.
