KSB: Person in charge of Corporate Governance appointment

On April 24, 2018, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Secretary of BODs, to be concurrently the person in charge of Corporate Governance as from April 15, 2018.
