On April 03, 2018, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen as Deputy CEO as from April 03, 2018.

2)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Do Nhu Tuan as Deputy CEO as from April 03, 2018.

3)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Thanh Vinh as Deputy Chairman of BODs cum Deputy CEO as from April 03, 2018.
