DRL: BODs Resolution on remaining dividend for 2017

On April 23, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 approved to pay remaining cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 30% (3,000 dongs/share); Of which:

+ To pay remaining cash dividend for 2017: 22.66%/share

+ To pay first cash dividend for 2018:             7.34%/share

-          Payment time: expected in May 25, 2018.
