CLC: Resolution on the dividend payment and the appointment Chairman of the BODs

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2017 dividend in cash and to appoint Chairman of the BODs:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2017 dividend in cash

-          Record date:  May 10, 2018

-          Payment date: May 25, 2018

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

2)    The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Ha Quang Hoa as Chairman of the BODs.
