• Revenue of 2018: VND 178.30 billion
• Consolidated profit after tax: VND 2,248,360,100
• Dividend: 8%
• Average income: over VND 5,900,000/person/month

• Approve the holding date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2018 on 10/05/2018
• Approve submitting General Meeting of Shareholders on 05 candidates in Board of Directors and 03 candidates in Board of Supervisors
• Approve not nominating 02 members in Board of Directors (Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh and Mr. Mai Viet Xuan) in the term of 2018-2022
• Approve submitting General Meeting of Shareholders to vote the internal administration regulations of the Company
• Approve liquidating 02 vehicles Kamaz 60L 0268 and 60L 0242; 01 vehicle DT 85A-Komasu; 01 vehicle Wantanabe; 01 vehicle Takeuchi – Job ACE
• This Resolution is approved by members of Board of Directors. Board of Directors assigns Manager of the Company to implement and report Board of Directors in the next meeting.
