BBM: Decision on the closure of shareholders' list and the 2017 dividend payment date
On 12/04/2018, Hanoi - Nam Dinh Beer Joint Stock Company announced the decision on the closure of shareholders' list and the 2017 dividend payment date as follows: Article 1: Approve the date of closing shareholders' list and the date of paying the 2017 dividend in cash 1. The record date for implementing dividend payment right: 30/05/2018 2. Dividend payout ratio: 8% per share 3. Date of payment: 14/06/2018 Article 2: Assign Management Board to implement necessary procedures according to law regulations and pay the 2017 dividend in cash to the Company's shareholders. Article 3: This decision comes into effect from the date of signature. Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Manager, related units and shareholders are responsible for implementation.
