AAA: Board approves to invest more in a joint venture

According to the Board resolution dated April 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company (AAA) approved an additional investment of VND151 billion into An Phat High-tech Industrial Zone Co., Ltd. (formerly known as “An Phat High-tech Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company”) in April or May 2018. Accordingly, the stake of AAA at An Phat High-tech Industrial Zone Co., Ltd. will increase from VND65 billion to VND216 billion, accounting for 25.22% charter capital.  

The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Khoan as the representative of AAA at An Phat High-tech Industrial Zone Co., Ltd.
