On March 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date:  April 06, 2018;

-          Meeting time: expected in April 27, 2018;

-          Meeting venue: Notice later.

-          Content:

+ Report on the Board of Directors activities in 2017 and plan for 2018;

+ Report from the Supervisory Board in 2017 and plan for 2018;

+ Approving the business result in 2017 and business plan in 2018;

+ Approving the profit distribution plan;

+ Approving the remuneration of BODs and Supervisory Board;

+ Approving the personnel changer;

+ Approving the audited financial statements in 2017;

+ Approving the selection of auditing company to audit financial statements in 2018;

+ Other issues.
