On March 09, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Sun Corporation approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date:  March 30, 2018;

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right;

-          Meeting time: expected in April 27, 2018;

-          Meeting venue: 648 Nguyen Trai street, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Content:

+ Report on the Board of Directors activities in 2017 and plan for 2018;

+ Report from the Supervisory Board in 2017 and plan for 2018;

+ Approving the business result in 2017 and business plan in 2018;

+ Approving the audited financial statements in 2017;

+ Other issues.
