VNL: Resolution on Annual General Meeting & Dividend Payment

The Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders approved the meeting date of Annual General Meeting 2018 and the second dividend payment for 2017 as follows:

1)    The meeting date of Annual General Meeting 2018: April 19, 2018 

2)    The second dividend payment for 2017:

-          Payment ratio: 8%/par value (800 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: April 12, 2018

3)    The record date for organizing Annual General Meeting 2018 and paying the second cash dividend for 2017: March 26, 2018.
