On March 15, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: April 04, 2018;

-          Meeting time: April 2018;

-          Meeting venue: TTC Deluxe Tan Binh, 489 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 8, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Content:

+ Approving the audited financial statements in 2017;

+ Approving the profit distribution plan in 2018;

+ Approving the selection of auditing company to audit financial statements in 2018;

+ Approving the remuneration of BODs and Supervisory Board in 2018;

+ Other issues.
