TTF: BODs Resolution on transferring stake in PHG

On March 02, 2018, the Board of Directors approved to transfer the stake of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF) and subsidiary in Phu Huu Gia Joint Stock Company (PHG), specifically as follows:

-          TTF transferred 5,268,000 shares, equivalent to 26.74% charter capital of PHG.

-          Subsidiary transferred 3,000,000 shares, equivalent to 15.23% charter capital of PHG.

-          Transfer price is more than par value.
