TS4: TS4 to seek shareholders’ approval in writing

Seafood Joint Stock Company No4 will send ballots to its shareholders regarding the following issues:

-          To issue shares to foreign investors via private placement;

-          To increase the ownership limit of foreign investors to 100%;

-          To change the Company’s business function in its business license under the laws;

-          To liquidate the Company’s fix assets;

-          To issue bonds to foreign investors and use the Company’s asset as collateral;

-          To use the Company’s asset for joint ventures with foreign investors.
