On March 28, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

+ Approving the report on the Board of Directors activities in 2017;

+ Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2017;

+ Approving the audited financial statements in 2017

+ Approving the business result in 2017 and business plan in 2018;

+ Approving the profit distribution plan for 2017;

+ Approving the selection of the auditing company to audit financial statements in 2018;
