Singapore firm agrees to manage mall in The Peak
Singapore-based CapitaLand has signed an agreement to manage the mall located in Phnom Penh’s The Peak, which is set to open in 2020.
The Peak, a joint project between Singapore-based developer Oxley and Cambodia-based Worldbridge Land, is a 55-storey development set to have retail shopping, condominiums and a hotel.
The move marks CapitaLand’s first entry into Cambodia’s retail market. The company, which is one of Asia’s largest real estate companies, currently manages the serviced apartment complex CASA Meridian in Phnom Penh.
