SBT: Board resolution _ March 06, 2018

Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stoc Company announces the Board resolution dated March 06, 2018 as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved to purchase all of stake of Bien Hoa – Dong Nai TTC Sugar Co., Ltd. and Loc Tho Joint Stock Company at Hai Vi Co., Ltd. After completing the transfer, Hai Vi Co., Ltd. will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stoc Company.

-          The Board of Directors approved to change the model of Hai Vi Co., Ltd. from two-member limited company to one-member limited company.
