PTB: Correction to the record date for stock issuance

Phu Tai Joint Stock Company (PTB) announces correction to the record date for stock issuance as follows:

-       Expected issue volume: 5,184,038 shares

-       Exercise ratio: 5:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 05 rights will be entitled to buy 01 new share(s).)

-       Issue price: 35,000 VND/share

-      The new shares are restricted within 01 year from the date of completion of the offering.
