ITC: Record date for Annual General Meeting & Dividend Payment

On March 15, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.368/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company (stock code: ITC) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: March 30, 2018 

-        Record date: April 02, 2018                       

-        Purpose: to organize the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay cash dividend for 2016.

1)    The 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-        Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-        Estimated meeting date:  8:30, April 26, 2018    

-        Meeting venue: Convention Center 272, No.272 Vo Thi Sau, district 3, HCMC.

If the first general meeting is not successful, the second meeting will be organized on May 10, 2018 based on the list of shareholders with the record date of April 02, 2018.

2)    To pay cash dividend for 2016:

• Exercise ratio: 3.5%/par value (VND350 for a share)

    *  Payment date: April 20, 2018.
