IDI: Resolution on collecting shareholders’ opinion

On February 28, 2018, I.D.I International Development and Investment Corporation issued Resolution No.02/2018/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ on increasing ASM’s holding ratio over 51% of IDI’s outstanding voting shares and trading method by order matching or put through.
