IBC: Changing the date & venue of 2018 AGM

Based on the Resolution No.03/2018/NQ-HĐQT dated March 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company approved to change the date & venue of 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting time: 9:00AM, April 09, 2018 (instead of 9:00AM, March 31, 2018).

-          Meeting venue: Daewoo Hotel, 360 Kim Ma street, Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi (instead of Floor 2^nd, 25T1 Building, Hoang Dao Thuy, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.)
