HII: BODs Resolution on second 2017 cash dividend

On March 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company approved to pay second cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share);

-          Payment date: April 12, 2018;

-          Record date: March 29, 2018.
