-        Number of shares after additional listing: 101,350,100 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND1,013,501,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: March 27, 2018

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
