GMD: Board resolution on dividend payment

According to the Board resolution dated February 26, 2018, the Board of Directors approved to pay cash dividend for 2016 and special interim dividend as follows:

1)    Dividend rate for 2016: 15%/par value

2)    Special dividend rate: 65%/par value

3)    Total dividend rate: 80%/par value (01 share receives 8,000 dongs)

4)    Record date: March 12, 2018

5)    Payment date: March 28, 2018
