GEX: Decision on planning for dividend and stock issuance

Based on Decision No.09/2018/GELEX/QĐ-HĐQT dated March 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay the 2017 cash dividend 10% and stock dividend 20%, to be concurrently the stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
