The Board of Directors of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved to hold Annual General Meeting 2018 as follows:

-          Record date: March 20, 2018

-          Meeting date: April 16, 2018 

-          Meeting venue: Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province.

The Board of Directors of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved to sign an auditing contract with International Auditing & Financial Consulting Company (IFC) to audit its financial statements in 2017.
