On March 05, 2018, the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company approved the purchase of the shares of Dai Nam Securities Joint Stock Company (DNSE) as follows:

-          Target company: Dai Nam Securities Joint Stock Company (DNSE)

-          Number of shares owned by FIT: 1,583,000 shares

-          Number of shares to be purchased: 2,400,000 shares

-          Buying price: VND14,800/share

-          Total buying value: VND35,520,000,000.

-          Number of shares owned by FIT after trading: 3,983,000 shares (24.89% of DNSE)
