On March 05, 2018, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting time:  expected from April 20, 2018 to April 26, 2018;

-          Record date: March 26, 2018;

-          Meeting venue: Pullman Hotel, 25 Thi Sach street, Thang Tam Ward, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

-          Content:

+ Report on the Board of Directors activities in 2017 and plan for 2018;

+ Report from the Supervisory Board in 2017 and plan for 2018;

+ Approving the audited financial statements in 2017;

+ Approving the selection of auditing company to audit financial statements in 2018;
