On March 21, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.422/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: BHN) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: April 03, 2018 

-        Record date: April 04, 2018                       

-        Purpose: to organize the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-        Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-        Meeting date:  The meeting time will be announced in invitation letters.     

-        Meeting venue: Head office of Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation, 183 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ngoc Ha ward, Ba Dinh district, Ha Noi.
