Based on Decision No.02/2018/NQ-HĐQT dated March 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of Becamex Asphalt and Concrete Joint Stock Company approved the business result in 2017 and business plan in 2018, specifically as follows:

1)    Approving the business result in 2017:

-          Profit before tax:                            26,946,975,603 dongs

-          Profit after tax:                               22,953,485,199 dongs

-          Plan to pay dividend:                ≥ 18%/charter capital

2)    Approving the business plan in 2018:

-          Total revenue:                            253,983,546,567 dongs

-          Profit before tax:                            26,991,034,204 dongs

-          Profit after tax:                               23,071,707,363 dongs

-          Plan to pay dividend:                ≥ 18%/charter capital
