4)    Number of outstanding shares: 26,579,135 shares

5)    Number of shares owned by Masan Beverage Co., Ltd. before trading: 18,195,774 shares (68.46% of VCF’ charter capital)

6)    Number of shares expected for purchase: 8,383,361 shares (31.54% of VCF’ charter capital)

7)    Number of shares purchased: 7,982,361 shares (30.03% of VCF’ charter capital)
