SHP: Decision of Tax Inspection

On February 09, 2018, Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company (SHP) received Decision No.707 dated February 08, 2018 by the Tax Department of Hochiminh City regarding the tax penalties for the period of 2011, 2012 and 2013 as follows:

• Penalty for false declaration: VND3,246,126
• Retrieval of value added tax refund: VND18,945,368
• Late payment amount of value added tax: VND11,164,892

On February 09, 2018, the Company paid VND33,363,044 for tax administrative violation according to Decision No.707.
