-        Number of shares before additional listing: 22,579,200 shares

-        Additional volume: 5,000,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND50,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 27,579,200 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND275,792,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: February 13, 2018

-        Reason of change: to transfer convertible bonds into stocks.
