L10: Board approves to sign agreements with related companies

On February 07, 2018, the Board of Directors of Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company approved the policy on executing the agreements and transactions between Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company and the related company LILAMA Corporation. The value of each agreement and transaction is lower than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements. Those agreements and transactions will be valid from January 01, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
