On February 01, 2018, the BODs of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.06/NQ/HĐQT/2018 about the establishment of four branches, specifically as follows:

1)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Ba To, Quang Ngai Branch

-    Address: Doc Moc 2 hamlet, Ba Cung commune, Ba To district, Quang Ngai province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Dinh Hong Loi.

2)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Tuyen Hoa, Quang Binh Branch

-    Address: Tam Da hamlet, Son Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Dang Huu Vinh.

3)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Hoa Thang, Dak Lak Branch

-    Address: Nguyen Luong Bang street, Hoa Thang commune, Buon Me Thuot city, Dak Lak province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Ms. Huynh Le Khanh Tran

4)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Cu M’gar, Dak Lak Branch No.02

-    Address: Tien Dat hamlet, Quang Tien commune, Cu’M gar district, Dak Lak province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Nguyen Cao Nguyen
