On February 06, 2018, the BODs of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.08/NQ/HĐQT/2018 about the establishment of three branches, specifically as follows:

1)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – My Duc, Ha Noi Branch

-    Address: Te Tieu hamlet, Dai Nghia town, My Duc district, Ha Noi city, Viet Nam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Luong Van Dai

2)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Son Tay, Ha Noi Branch

-    Address: 242 Da Bac street, Xuan Khanh ward, Son Tay town, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Dang Dinh Hoa

3)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Quoc Oai, Ha Noi Branch

-    Address: highway 21A, Yen Thai hamlet, Dong Yen commune, Quoc Oai District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Nguyen Van Tu
