HID: Board Resolution _ Feb 08, 2018

According to Board Resolution No.03-2018 dated February 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to lease the personal property of the following persons in order to mortgage and guarantee bank loans for current projects:

1)    Nguyen Quang Huan, BOD Chairman;

2)    Nguyen Van Lam, BOD Member.

The Board of Directors decided not to lease the personal property of Mr. Phung Ngoc Son, BOD Member, to mortgage and guarantee bank loans.
