On February 27, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.59/QD-SGDHCM to allow FLC Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: FLC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 638,038,737 shares

-        Additional volume: 44,658,624 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND446,586,240,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 682,697,361 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND6,826,973,610,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: March 01, 2018

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
